Reduce Stress with Exercise

 

We are living in stressful times and are starting to explore the “new normal” after sheltering in place for over a year. But we are also mourning what we lost during the pandemic and are tentative of what reopening will bring. Thus, social anxiety is at very high levels right now. One great way to help you stay calm and collected is exercise. Any physical activity you enjoy is good for you. You can dance, power walk, stretch, or take your dog for a walk.
