To keep you inspired while remaining indoors, Glendale Library, Arts & Culture staff has compiled a resource guide to renowned institutions offering free online content. Allow yourself to be stirred by the art at the Louvre Museum and the Getty Galleries. Get lost for hours in the online exhibits presented with Google Arts and Culture alone. Travel through some of the country’s best natural wonders with the National Parks online. Bryce Canyon’s Night Sky feature is astounding. NASA at Home has too many great programs and fun exhibits to list, but it is exactly what you expect from NASA. The British Library has made their Harry Potter: A History of Magic exhibit virtually accessible. You can dig into the history and culture of Southern California with KCET’s Artbound, a series that examines artistic and cultural innovators of our region.

Our very own Brand Library & Art Center has made its full archive of exhibitions available online, including photos, videos and catalogs. Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy has weekly virtual tours of some of the public Wright Buildings. Discover new icons while touring the National Women’s History Museum online. Austin City Limits, The Broad Stage at Home, The Metropolitan Opera and the Grammy Museum all allow you to view live-stream performances from the comfort of your home. Dancing Alone Together is bringing dancers together online through lessons and challenges, along with footage of international dance groups.
