Board Games
The pandemic prevents us from participating in many of the traditional social activities we previously enjoyed but board games can help us break social isolation with fun activities. Playing board games is entertaining, but that is only one benefit. For many people, playing board games connects them with their past. A few of the many benefits are:
Bringing people closer, strengthening relationships and helping meet new people.
Increased brain function.
Teaching you how to set goals and be patient.
Reducing stress and encouraging laughter.
Creating more happiness.
Enhancing creativity and self-confidence.
Portability. Board games can be played anywhere at any time
